"The last of Winter's frost melted into a field of plain stitch. April showers an interlocking loop that repeats over and under and over again. The face side of the fabric, each pair of legs opening to form a series of fertile V's.
The fabric folds and furrows are formed in the soft Spring soil. Starting at the right hand side of the field, drop the plough onto the ground with the 3 point linkage, drive the tractor 6 foot forwards and then inspect the result. Ploughing is just the first stitch in cultivating the land and should be followed by further tillage. It can be harrowing to discover the earth's knitted bounty revealed before planting."
