Ellen Nathan Singer participated in Ancien Régime: the pre-revolutionary world in Fall 2018 at Village West.

"I received a BFA in acting from Columbia University in 1957. I subsequently enrolled at the Art Students League in NYC. I won scholarships, was introduced to printmaking, and taught there.

I am on the council of the Society of American Graphic Artists, and served as Vice President for a number of years.

In 2016 I received a fellowship from the NJ State Council of the Arts.

I have received both gold and silver medals from the Audubon Artists, An Allied Artists Award, and a SAGA award at the current show at Syracuse University.

My work is in collections including the Library of Congress, Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Newark Public Library special collections division, the New York Public Library, The Art Students League, The Art Complex Museum in Duxbury MA, and corporate and private collections."
