Peter Delman participated in the group shows Under the Influence show in Fall 2016, the New Jersey & You - Perfect Together! show in Fall 2017, and Wherefore Art in Spring 2019 at Village West.
Peter Delman is a painter whose work has been exhibited in New Jersey at the Jersey City Museum, Morris Museum, Morris County Community College, Newark Museum, Noyes Museum, and Drew University Korn Gallery, among others. He has also shown at the Hudson River Museum in New York and the Corcoran Museum in Washington, DC.
He is a graduate of Middlebury College, holds an MFA from the University of Massachusetts, and studied at the New York Studio School of Painting and Drawing. He has had seven one-person shows, the most recent, Hinterland, at Casa Colombo Center for the Arts in Jersey City through December 17.
Peter lives in Jersey City, where he has served on Pro Arts, Harsimus Cove Association, and Civic JC boards. He is a founding member and current treasurer of the Embankment Preservation Coalition, the nonprofit working to preserve the 150-year-old Harsimus Branch railway and its massive stone Embankment for 21st-century public uses.
